Dr. Rachel Kelly, ND
Dr. Kelly sees most of the hormone and weight cases at Lake Oswego, plus the regenerative orthopedic work (PRP, prolotherapy, hyaluronic acid). NUNM doctorate plus a two-year post-graduate residency in regenerative medicine, hormones, and IV therapy. The Radiance practitioner most fluent with GLP-1 protocols.
Dr. Heather Pendell, ND
Radiance’s founder. Splits her week between Newberg and Lake Oswego. Hormone optimization, regenerative orthopedics, and the medical weight loss program. Brought Emsculpt Neo, Emsella, and Emface into the Lake Oswego clinic.

Office manager, patient care coordinator, phlebotomist, and IV technician. Bachelor’s in nutrition. If you’ve had an IV or a blood draw at Lake Oswego, that was likely Anissa. She also coordinates the aesthetics treatment scheduling.

If you’re a new patient
Start with the intake visit, $399. One hour with a physician, comprehensive panel, follow-up visit one to two weeks later to review results. Aesthetics patients can also use the aesthetics consult form for the aesthetics-only path.
