How the practice is structured
Radiance is a concierge / cash-pay practice. We don’t bill insurance and aren’t in-network with any insurance provider. The reason is structural: the insurance model in this country pays for short visits, narrow panels, and disease management. It does not pay for the depth of evaluation, the length of visit, or the physiologic-dose hormone work that the practice is built around.
You can use HSA and FSA dollars for our services. We provide super-bills for partial out-of-network reimbursement when your plan allows.
The intake visit
- Intake fee: $399. One time. Covers the comprehensive lab panel, your one-hour visit with the physician, and the follow-up visit one to two weeks later to review results and discuss a treatment plan.
- No membership commitment until after the follow-up visit. You decide whether to enroll in monthly care once you’ve seen your panel.
Monthly memberships
Memberships are flat monthly fees. The fee covers your physician visits, between-visit phone and portal access, lab work, supplies, hormone medications, and prescription management for the care covered by that membership.
- Women’s BHRT membership: $199 / month
- Men’s TRT membership: $229 / month
- Medical weight loss program: $129 / month, GLP-1 medication priced separately
- Medical weight loss with GLP-1 bundle: $239 / month, includes tirzepatide up to 5 mg
Memberships are month-to-month. Cancel any time with thirty days’ notice.
What’s included in a membership
- In-person and telephone physician consultations
- Lab work for the care covered by the membership
- Medical supplies used in care
- Hormone medications
- Prescription management and renewals
- Between-visit messaging through the patient portal
What’s priced separately
Certain services are priced per visit or per session because they don’t fit a monthly membership model:
IV nutrient therapy
Single drips from $180. Pack of four gets a 15% discount on select formulas. Full IV menu on the IV therapy page.
Regenerative joint injections
PRP and prolotherapy pricing depends on the joint and the protocol. Most single-joint PRP runs $800 to $1,200 per injection. Hyaluronic acid injections priced separately. Full pricing reviewed at consult.
Aesthetics (Lake Oswego only)
- Emsculpt Neo: single $450 / 4-session core $1,600 / 6-session transformation $2,250
- Emsella: single $225 / 6-session $1,200 / 8-session $1,600
- Emface, RF microneedling, PRP under-eye: priced at consult
GLP-1 medication (if not on the bundle)
Medication priced separately from the $129 monthly weight loss membership. Cost depends on the medication (semaglutide vs. tirzepatide) and the dose tier. Or use the bundled $239/month GLP-1 membership, which includes tirzepatide up to 5 mg.
How payment works

How a new patient should think about cost
Budget the $399 intake plus your first month of whichever membership applies. The rest is decided after the panel. If GLP-1 is part of the plan, decide between paying for medication separately or the bundle. Some patients add IV therapy as needed; some don’t. Aesthetics is a separate line for a separate patient.
