The approach
We don’t do quick cosmetic fixes. The aesthetics program at the Lake Oswego clinic is built around stimulating the tissues that age has thinned, rather than masking the surface. The tools we use, listed below, are picked because they work on collagen, elastin, and the structural layers of the skin and face.
The other piece, which a lot of medspas skip, is the systemic layer. Skin and hair are downstream of hormones, nutrient status, and metabolic health. When a patient is here for an aesthetic concern that has a clear endocrine component (hair thinning, skin texture changes that started in perimenopause, slow healing), we’ll often suggest a hormone or panel evaluation alongside the topical work. The combined effect is usually better than either alone.

Emface facial lifting
HIFEM and RF for facial muscle tone, collagen, and elastin. Treatable areas include cheeks, jawline, forehead, brows, under-eyes, and submentum. Supports patients with jaw tension or TMJ-related discomfort via the Emface Functional setting.
Exion skin tightening & RF microneedling
Radiofrequency energy combined with microneedling for deeper collagen remodeling. Useful for skin tightening, texture, fine lines, and acne scarring.
Microneedling
Creates controlled microchannels in the skin to recruit the body’s healing response and drive collagen production. Targets acne scars, fine lines, enlarged pores, and uneven skin tone.
PRP under-eye rejuvenation
Your own platelet-rich plasma, micro-injected into the under-eye dermis to stimulate collagen and improve skin quality and brightness. Useful for dark circles, hollowness, and fine lines under the eye.
Clear RF microneedling
Another microneedling-plus-RF protocol for collagen remodeling, wrinkles, acne scars, and skin firmness.
Regenerative peptide therapies
