What we do differently

Most patients come to us after being told their labs are “in normal range” and being offered an SSRI, a sleep aid, or a stricter diet. We run the labs your PCP doesn’t, then we treat what we find.

Radiance is an independent, physician-owned practice in Yamhill and Clackamas counties. Our model is concierge cash-pay, which is shorthand for a few things that matter: visits are an hour, panels include hormones and thyroid and metabolic markers your insurance won’t cover, and your care plan adjusts as your bloodwork moves.

We focus on bioidentical hormone replacement for perimenopause and andropause, GLP-1-supported metabolic care, and regenerative therapies for joint pain. Aesthetics is a separate program for established patients ready to address what optimized hormones don’t.

Conditions we treat

Specific problems, treated with specific labs and protocols.

We don’t advertise a long list of modalities. We list the conditions we see most often and what the first visit will actually involve. If your concern isn’t here, call before booking and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help.

Perimenopause & menopause

Sleep collapse, brain fog, weight resistance, irregular cycles. Treated with a full hormone panel and bioidentical HRT calibrated to your bloodwork.

See women’s hormone therapy →

Low testosterone & andropause

Energy drop, recovery slow-down, libido, mood. Treated with a full panel including free T, estradiol, and SHBG, followed by injection or pellet protocols.

See men’s hormone therapy →

Weight resistance

When clean eating and exercise have stopped moving the needle. GLP-1 medical weight loss, with metabolic and hormone panels run before prescribing.

See medical weight loss →

Chronic fatigue & depletion

When labs “look fine” but you don’t. Adrenal and thyroid investigation, IV nutrient therapy as adjunct, treatment of root drivers.

See IV nutrient therapy →

Joint & tendon pain

Wear-and-tear pain that’s holding back your training or your daily mobility. Platelet-rich plasma, prolotherapy, and ozone protocols for regenerative joint care.

See PRP & regenerative joint care →

Aesthetics, after the medicine

Once hormones, sleep, and metabolism are stable, we offer Emsculpt Neo, Emsella, Emface, and PRP under-eye for established patients.

What happens when you become a patient

Four visits, in order, no surprises.

01

Intake & full bloodwork

One hour with your physician, a detailed symptom and history review, and a comprehensive blood draw covering hormones, thyroid, metabolic markers, and organ function.

02

Results & treatment plan

One to two weeks later, you return for a results-review visit. Your physician walks you through your panels and proposes a treatment plan based on what the labs and your symptoms point to.

03

First follow-up, about 8 weeks in

Treatment has been running for about two months. Your physician rechecks your symptoms, repeats the labs that matter, and adjusts doses.

04

Iterate

Labs are repeated on a cadence tied to your protocol. Doses and supports adjust as your bloodwork moves. Most patients see meaningful symptom shift inside the first three months.
