Why we run IV therapy in a clinic, not a med-spa

IV nutrient therapy bypasses the digestive system and delivers cofactors directly to circulation. That matters most for the patient whose gut isn’t absorbing well, who is recovering from illness, or whose deficiencies are not closing through oral repletion alone. The reason we run it here, alongside hormone and metabolic work, is that the panel often tells us which formula will move the needle: a B-complex with glutathione, a high-dose vitamin C for an acute viral hit, iron when the ferritin is genuinely low, NAD+ for the patient working on energy and longevity.

Our licensed nursing staff handle the placement and the monitoring. The treatment rooms are designed for quiet: you can read, listen to music, or rest. Most drips are 45 to 75 minutes.

The drip menu, in plain language

Myers’ Vitamin Cocktail: $180

A classic vitamin-and-mineral drip, and one of our two most affordable IVs. Ask us whether it fits what you are working on.

Ozone IV: $180 (Newberg only)

Offered at our Newberg clinic only. Call Newberg at 503-482-6888 to book.

Vitamin C drip: $260

The dose IV vitamin C delivers is an order of magnitude higher than oral can reach. We use it for immune support against viral illness, for inflammation, and for skin and collagen support. Useful for the patient hit by a cold or flu, for the patient with chronic inflammatory load, and as a longevity protocol in rotation.

Super Immune Boost: $280

A combination drip of vitamin C, zinc, and B-vitamins built for patients heading into or coming out of an illness window. Common around international travel, school exposure, or the front of cold-and-flu season.

NAD+: $400

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, a coenzyme central to energy production, DNA repair, and cellular signaling. The patients who come for NAD+ are working on cognitive clarity, energy at depth, addiction recovery support, and longevity. The infusion is slow by design (NAD+ is uncomfortable if pushed). Plan on a longer chair time.

Iron Plus: $400

For patients whose ferritin is genuinely low and whose oral iron is either intolerable or insufficient. We confirm need with labs before recommending this one. Useful for women with heavy cycles, for postpartum, and for endurance athletes whose iron stores are depleted by training load.

Methylene Blue: $250

Mitochondrial support and cognitive endurance. We use methylene blue for the patient working on energy, mental clarity, and recovery from cognitive load. Often paired with NAD+ in a longevity rotation.

IV Nutrient injection: $260

Our baseline drip: a balanced formula of B-complex, vitamin C, magnesium, and trace minerals. The right entry point for a patient who is generally well but feels depleted, or for the patient using IV therapy on a maintenance cadence.

Single injections, when an IV is overkill

Not every patient needs an hour in a chair. We also offer targeted intramuscular injections you can step in for:

  • Vitamin D3, 40,000 to 50,000 IU. For confirmed deficiency, $40.
  • Methylcobalamin B12, 5,000 IU. Active B12, $35.
  • Super B Complex with glutathione. A broader-spectrum option, $55.

How we decide what to recommend

If you are a Radiance medical patient, your IV recommendation is built around your panel and your goals. If you are coming in for IVs only, we ask about your reason, take a brief history, and confirm there is no contraindication. We don’t up-sell. The cheapest right drip is the right drip.

Pack pricing

Most patients who use IV therapy regularly buy in a pack of four for a 15% discount on select drips. We’ll talk through whether a pack makes sense for your goals at your first visit.
