What I do at Radiance
I manage the Lake Oswego office, coordinate patient care, and handle phlebotomy and IV placement. If you’ve had a blood draw or an IV at Lake Oswego, that was likely me. If you’re scheduling, asking about something between visits, or trying to figure out a billing or membership question, I’m the person on the other end.
How I trained
I hold a bachelor’s degree in nutrition. My role at Radiance combines that nutrition background with day-to-day clinical work as a phlebotomist and IV technician, plus the patient-coordination layer that keeps everything moving.
What I’m focused on
- IV nutrient therapy: placement, monitoring, and patient comfort through the infusion
- Phlebotomy for the comprehensive panels that anchor most of our care
- Treatment coordination for aesthetics services at Lake Oswego (Emface, Emsculpt Neo, Emsella)
- Patient communication, scheduling, and follow-up
What you can expect from me
Comfort first. The IV chair and the blood draw are the parts of a clinic visit that most patients are tense about, and the part I’ve done thousands of times. I take time, I explain what I’m doing, and I prioritize a clean, gentle stick. If you’ve had bad experiences before, tell me.
