Accessibility statement

We want this website to work for everyone. If something gets in your way, call either clinic and we will help.

Our commitment

Radiance Natural Medicine wants every patient and visitor to be able to use this website, including people who rely on a screen reader, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the W3C, as the standard we measure this site against.

What we have done

  • The site can be navigated with a keyboard alone, including the menus and the mobile navigation.
  • Every form field has a visible text label that screen readers announce.
  • Images that carry information have text alternatives. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Pages use a consistent heading structure and page regions so assistive technology can move through them.
  • Text can be resized with your browser's zoom without loss of content, and the layout adapts to phones and tablets.
  • We test the site with automated accessibility checks and by hand, and we fix what we find.

Known limitations

We are still working on some areas. Parts of the site may not yet meet every WCAG 2.1 AA requirement, for example color contrast on some small labels and links. Some pages link to services run by other companies, such as our patient portal (MD-HQ) and supplement ordering (Fullscript). We do not control the accessibility of those sites.
